Our involvement with Telstra TradeLink goes back to it's very inception and
we have extensive specialist knowledge of the system.
While CEC no longer sells the Telstra TradeLink solutions, we
continue to independently offer technical support for legacy TradeLink
installations.
We can assist with the maintenance or enhancement of existing
installations, or offer advice on upgrading to more up-to-date
solution such as X-Trader.
For matters in regard to billing or TradeLink service issues,
Telstra eBusiness Services offers a free helpdesk service for existing customers.
This service is available during business hours but is closed on National Public Holidays.
